Summer Lift Tickets
Dirt Pass
New for Summer 2024!
The Dirt Pass is a flexible 3-day ticket. The card can be used on any day of the 2024 summer season and provides all day access to the bike park. There are no blackout dates. Once all days are used, you can reload your card online with an additional 3-day Dirt Pass. The Dirt Pass can also be reloaded online with regular bike tickets (Please note, regular lift tickets are date sensitive). The Dirt Pass can be used for Extended Play and Scenic Chairlift rides, however, once the ticket is scanned at the lift a day is deducted.

Bike Park Age Policy
- Children 13-15 are strongly recommended to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (19yrs or older) when riding in the Bike Park.
- Children 6-12 are required to be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian (19yrs or older) when riding in the Bike Park.
- Children 5 & under are not permitted in the Bike Park
Important: 18 years old & under
You must have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver before any tickets or passes can be issued. Signing of the waiver must be witnessed by a Big White Ticket Agent at the Village Ticket Office (Thurs to Sun and holiday Mondays) at Big White Ski Resort or at our Downtown office (Mon to Fri, weekends are NOT available) at 1894 Ambrosi Rd, Kelowna, BC V1Y 4R9 (can be done in advance). This will only need to be signed once and then remains on file for the rest of the season if you reload online. When reloading you will sign the online waiver. If a ticket is lost and reprinted or a new ticket is purchased a paper waiver will need to be signed again.
What Happens Next?
After the purchase is successful, you will receive an email. This email will be your receipt of purchase. To collect your lift ticket media, you will need to make your way to the Village Ticket Office in the Village Centre Mall and show ID to have your ticket printed. You can also pick up your ticket ahead of time at our Kelowna Office. Remember, do not throw your media away.
Reload Your Lift Ticket
Once you purchase your first day lift ticket and sign the waiver on mountain your media can be reloaded online for the rest of the summer season allowing you direct access to the lift. When purchasing a ticket, the system recognizes previous active media from the current season attached to your account and automatically selects the reload option for you on the Big White Media Screen. Please check your selection on this screen. If you think for any reason this has not been successful please see the Village Ticket Office on mountain. In person reloads require another waiver to be completed.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY FOR DAY TICKETS
All Big White Ski Resort lift tickets & passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Credits or refunds will not be issued for unused days on Dirt Passes. Days can only be used during the 2024 summer season.

Bike Park Tickets 2024

Big White Ski Resort lift tickets are full day use tickets and consecutive if purchasing a multi-day pass. Your Bike Park Ticket includes:
- Unlimited Lift Access on the Bullet Express
- Unlimited access to Bullet Chair scenic chair lift rides
- Day Ticket includes Friday Night Extended Play when available.
- Access to the Slopestyle Centre is included when available.

Scenic Chair Lift Tickets 2024
Discover what's under the snow. Take in the summer air and incredible landscape of Big White. Hike the marked walking trails or take a scenic tour on the Bullet Chair and enjoy the mountain wild flowers, breathtaking views and the unique alpine environment that surrounds you. Summer hiking and sightseeing at Big White will run until Monday, September 2.

After the purchase is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. The email will include your receipt and a QR code. Scan the QR code at the Pickup Box located next to the main front doors of the Village Center Mall. Scan these QR codes to collect your ticket(s). If there is not a QR code included in your email this means that your previous Big White Media Card has been reloaded and you are ready to head straight to the lift.

Big White Ski Resort Extended Play lift tickets are only available on Fridays from 3:30pm to close. Your Extended Play Bike Park Ticket includes:
- Lift Access on the Bullet Express starting 3:30pm till close
- Access to Bullet Chair scenic chair lift rides till 4:30pm
